This 1980s vintage party dress is so fun, combining design elements with wild abandon! The sequinned drop waist bodice is boned and princess seamed and asymmetrical, dropping from the left upper hip down to the mid right thigh. A short contrasting color cha-cha skirt plunges with it, before wrapping on itself on the left, anchored by a blingy white applique. A copy of that applique is turned upside down and used to set off the sweetheart neckline between elasticized white shoulder straps. The flirty crinoline peeks out from under the slanting skirt hem, adding some oomph - as if the dress needed more.
